Creators Edifice

Creators Edifice was a joint development project that our firm Creator Ventures built on a joint development model , this was a new kind of system that we came up with where the land owner brings in equity in the form of land and the builder brings in funding for the men , machinery and materials and the predetermined end product is shared on previously agreed and documented terms. This project was built in New Thippasandra Bangalore , we came up with sixteen Apartments built on this prime piece of land.
