Shalom

Shalom is another fine example of a bungalow which comes with a additional rental income property. We designed this beautiful property that could be a rental income property while the owners get to live without ever knowing that there is a tenant in the property. The houses have two separate entrances that can be merged on the exteriors and if required and could also be combined internally by removing one wall if ever the owners plan to have one big house. This is another gem that we built with diligent planning.
